Data Sensitivities:

  • Remove WCGBT index and composition data
  • Remove triennial index and composition data
  • Remove AFSC slope index and composition data
  • Remove NWFSC slope index and composition data
  • Remove/add environmental index

Structural Sensitivities:

  • Estimate growth within the model or apply weight-at-age
  • Mirror natural mortality across sexes
  • Fix natural mortality to an alternative value (Alaska has a value of 0.114)
  • Alternative selectivity parameterization
  • Modify the assumed survival rate of discarded fish

This list should be modified, as appropriate, as we begin modeling.
