controllers in sub-folder (OR multi-module)

I'm using vokuro as base but either i would like to convert to multi-module (frontend, backend) or use sub-folders like below to better organize
controllers --> userspanel -->
controllers --> home -->
controllers --> blogs -->

Which option is better and how do i go about achieving this? I see tht for sub-folder option I need to do use Phalcon\Loader -- but i'm not sure where to make this change
