In the vignettes/pk_adnca.Rmd, the AVAL value is imputed. When AVAL is imputed due to the limit of quantification, DTYPE can be used to indicate that the derivation of AVAL for this row is different from other rows.

I propose adding DTYPE to the example. Details on DTYPE for this imputation can be found in this discussion: pharmaverse/admiral-adamig-wg#72 (reply in thread)
