Scripted Setup for Windows GUI Tools and Terminal Customisation

While most development work will be done within WSL, I still rely on a few essential GUI applications on native Windows. I’m looking for a declarative, scriptable way to install and configure these apps. Additionally, I’d like to manage my Windows Terminal settings—such as colour schemes and fonts—and apply my Powertoys configuration. Ideally, this setup should be maintainable via a dotfile-like system for consistency across machines.
