Lambda template version - constantly changing

Hi Philips-team,
You have done an amazing module and thank you for the detailed information provided. Everything works like a charm but I have a few questions:

• Question 1: We are constantly making changes to our aws repo that uses your module. I noticed that when creating or removing users or something else related to our AWS organization, there is a change in the lambda template version and envirionment variables. Could you please guide me for a possible solution.

Examples:
module.github-ci.module.github-runner.module.runners.aws_launch_template.runner will be updated in-place
latest_version = 9 ---> (know after apply)

• Question 2: Is it possible to have several jobs on one runner ?

For Q1 - I am working on a PR that will include an auto update to the default version on the launch template and then set the lambda to use default.
For Q2 - It is a GH runner limitation.
