Sometimes the JSON format gets corrupted during the URL rewrite. This, so far, has manifested itself as a missing "" prior to a double quote in the HTML version of content (such as comments) where that content included a link to an attached PDF file.

I can't immediately see why this would happen, and it only occurred in 2 files.
