background window not transparent? #216

pqiv 2.12, gtk 2.24.33, backend: gdkpixbuf
windows xp 32-bit
step reproduce: pqiv.exe -c image.png (see screenshot)

instead of transparent, background is black, my goal is to play apng (the case above is static rgba png though)
