MacOS (Mojave) - Window Sizing Issues #118

On Open - Phore Wallet seems to be set to Full Screen and the MacOS Application Dock blocks the bottom of the Wallet (see screenshot)

Double-clicking the window bar shrinks the window by "maximizing"

Browsing the Masternodes tab - Phore Wallet sets itself back to Full Screen and bottom of the wallet is again blocked by the dock.

Double-clicking the window bar shrinks the window briefly by "maximizing", but it then immediately reverts to Full Screen within seconds.
