            <h1>About PHP London</h1>
            <p>PHP London is a non-profit group to promote knowledge sharing and best practice amongst PHP developers and web dev and business professionals in London. The main product right now is a regular PHP meetup - basically a monthly PHP PubCon - which is held on the first Thursday of every month. We also hold an annual conference (usually on the last Friday of February each year).</p>
            <p>Meet PHP users, developers and recruiters near you! Come to PHP London to exchange ideas and talk about code, architecture, innovation, and open source in general. Anyone interested in PHP is welcome!</p>
            <p>PHP London has been set up as a limited liability UK company since December 2008, primarily to protect the executive committee members' liability should money be lost on a conference event. The company's registration number is 6770512 and its VAT number is 943 4927 00.</p>
            <p>PHP London limited is governed by its Articles of association, available <a href="http://phplondon.org/PHP-London-Articles-of-association.pdf" target="_blank">here</a>, and the day to day running of PHP London is guided by its Constitution, available <a href="http://phplondon.org/PHP-London-Constitution.pdf" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>

            <p><a href="http://johannacherry.com">Johanna Cherry</a> is a software engineer at <a href="https://www.crowdsurge.com/">CrowdSurge</a> in London working on their APIs and services. She has over 11 years experience developing web applications with PHP and lots of other cool web technologies. Prior to CrowdSurge, she was Data Team Lead at <a href="http://hailocab.com">Hailo</a> and Development Manager for the affiliate network <a href="http://webgains.com">Webgains</a> and Technical Team Lead for the PHP consultancy <a href="http://ibuildings.com">Ibuildings</a>. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from <a href="http://herzing.edu">Herzing University</a> in Madison Wisconsin.</p>
            <p>Johanna is currently a Director of PHP London and manages speakers, socials, the venue, marketing, and delegate services for the conference.</p>

            <h2>Sam Bell</h2>

            <p><a href="//uk.linkedin.com/in/bellsam/">Sam Bell</a> is co-founder of charting startup <a href="http://www.chartblocks.com">ChartBlocks</a>, an online chart building tool. He is also managing director of web agency <a href="http://www.copiadigital.co.uk">Copia Digital</a> where he and his team build websites and web applications for hedge funds and asset managers, helping them report on fund performance to their investors.</p>
            <p>Sam is currently a Director of PHP London and manages registration, sponsors, exhibits, and volunteers for the conference.</p>
