Maybe need a file to save traveling-ruby version. #72

When I use linux-x86_64 machine development one ruby application which need
run in osx, there is no enough infomation to let me know which traveling ruby version
is packaged, so, if run bundle which belong to another ruby version, maybe result in
error result.
