Update 2.0.3.post1 to django 1.11?

Is there any possibility to adapt this commit to the version 2.0.3.post1 (with bootstrap v2) in order to upgrade a project to django 1.11 without upgrading bootstrap to v3 ??

Sorry to be late to this. It's probably something you should do manually, if still needed. I do not foresee a release like that happening.
