What version of TiDB Operator are you using?

latest

What did you see instead?
If i created a tidbCluster with TiCDC, then i delete the TiCDC, the Sync function of TiCDC controller return directly, it`s will cause statefulset resource leak

@vegazmaoning Thanks for reporting this issue!
We need to add the procedure to remove TiCDC in the doc as we have done for TiFlash.
