Had kickoff discussion with @yasinaydinnet and set a deadline of two weeks to get something going. We had initial agreement that using a tool that is already used and hosted by some other Pirate Party like Wasa2il might be easiest way forward (maybe not even hosting it ourselves, need to ask cc @Gamithra). There are other tools developed and used among other Pirate Parties like Congressus and it's worth having a look at them before deciding the platform. There is another list of tools here. If needed, for super simple yet auditable secret voting I have used Uduloor in Wikimedia Eesti.
