What is context_toggleSticky_command?

I found these selection in TST's configuration. In Chinese it says "固定到标签栏边缘/从标签栏边缘接触固定". I found the translate JSON and it may be "toggle Sticky label stick" in English or something like that.
I wonder what function it do? I tried the selection and it just show a 'pin' icon on my tab and do nothing else. What's the function mean and how to use it propoly? Hope anyone know about this feature can help me figure out it.
