Refine action results in blank text returned

This was not working for me using local models with Ollama. I will try later with Gemini.

Appears to be related to a bug: google/adk-python#949 . We might be able to fix this if we move to a different pattern.

We seem to continue to get the error: ERROR:opentelemetry.context:Failed to detach context with this despite moving to a more reliable looping structure.
