Description
The scripts now include the github URI in the configuration of config server when created. However, it has an if to detect and handle the config server create differently to other creates which is hacky. Ideally it should read the -c params from PCFServices.list, but this needs to be done in a way that the single quotes and double quotes are not garbled, expanded and override by bash on reading and application.
