Can't interact with comment popup using Bluetooth keyboard #161

Testing system

Pixel 5
Android 14
Apple Magic Keyboard

Steps to reproduce

Connect Magic Keyboard to phone via Bluetooth.
Open Pixelfed and view the Home feed.
Tab to the Comment button and hit enter.

Expected behavior

Keyboard focus is placed in the Add a comment field.
To close the comment popup, I can hit the escape key, or tab to the top bar of the comment popup and hit enter or space.

Actual behavior

Keyboard focus is not placed in the Add a comment field.
No matter how many times I hit the tab key, I never make it to the Add a comment field.
Also I am unable to close the comment popup with the keyboard.
