Add ability to exclude specific plugs on power strips

There is no way to exclude a specific plug on power strips, such as the Power Strip HS300. It would be great to be able to do this since not all plugs always have something interesting plugged into them. It would be nice for this option to work both for automatic and manual host discovery.
