Update resources commands for version 25

• Use resource minimums
  • Validate against minimum sizes in resources:set command #1328
  • Remove hardcoded list of diskless services - instead look for those services with resources.minimum.disk == null
• Use default resources as suggested defaults in interactive mode- hardcoded at first (size 0.5, disk 512MB) (Default to size 0.5, disk 512 MB when setting resources #1345)
• Add options to directly set resources to the defaults or minimums
  e.g. resources:set --size app:default,db:2 --disk *:minimum --instances *:3
• Show the profile when offering the list of CPU/RAM choices (Show the container profile name when setting profile sizes #1344)
• Add a link to documentation (Show a link to resources docs in command help #1346)

Integration setup

• integration:add / integration:update: Add option to configure the resource initialization strategy (Add --resources-init option for code source integrations #1352)
• integration:get: Show the resource initialization strategy (this will already be shown by default)
