Persistent Anchors - provides an ability to create anchors and get their persistent handle, which then can be used to restore it during and subsequent sessions, with their consistent position and orientation in the real world.
This issue to discuss API and how to extend #3091

Meta Browser is pending an update with a release of Quest 3 (October 10) and new features were added.
