Add Python 3.10 and Python 3.12 support

Good job on the tool!

I see many "SOTA TTS" projects that end up doing the same when we need more and different tools.

One question - the 3.11 requirement, is it for making sure the project runs correctly or is there a package/issue with 3.10?

I'd want to integrate this into TTS WebUI at some point but it currently relies on 3.10.

3.11 runs correctly out of the box. However, you or anybody else can try adding py3.10 support and ask for help here if needed

I tried with python 3.12.
There is a package issue with python > 3.11 due to a deprecated method

So can you post the details. I might take a look during the weekend and try to make it work with different Python versions if nobody else volunteers.

In my fork I needed torch > 2.6, so I had to tackle this task. The only issue really is the update of fair2seq to > 0.5. I hope I got it right (still works):
