More OSs tested on GH Actions

This is not something that test anything conceptually interesting, but it would certainly be nice to have and might be good for someone wanting to play with GH Actions and Docker.

It would be nice to test the compiler on more operating systems and Linux distributions. I know at least one person uses Arch and things didn't work out of the box there.

So this enhancement is to add some new GH workflows that create docker images of other systems, set up the compiler, and test within the docker image. Starting with Arch Linux would be nice.
