We should look into distributing via the Windows Store. This could be done via an MSIX package, and will need to:

Include the WebView2 runtime
Use only one provider, "GoTo.Bible API"
Implement API versioning
SQLite caching
Hide all debug/complex menu items (use a special "Store" target, with #ifdef WINDOWS_STORE ?)
Include a Welcome screen?
