Need help with sync the custom property from Azure active directory - PnP Powershell

Hi Team,

we are trying to run the job "Sync-PnPSharePointUserProfilesFromAzureActiveDirectory" to sync the custom properties companyname,mobilephone and officelocation . The job runs successfully sometimes but throws the below errors randomly.

1. "DataFileNotJson After parsing a value an unexpected character was encountered: K. Path 'value[10].office', line 1, position 1244.""
2. "IdentityNotResolvable User identity cannot be resolved"

We are unable to reproduce the issue now but cannot deploy in our production unless we get some clarity on these issues.
