get-pnptenantsite LastContentModifiedDate confusion

I'm run a report from Office 365 Admin console for site activity and ran another report with get-pnptenantsite.

Sites in get-pnptenantsite seem to all have a last modified date of the past several weeks, where as the Site Activity Report shows that some of these sites haven't been access in a number of years.

for instance I have a Site that the last activity was 27/01/2021 but in the get-pnptenantsite it's showing as the 20/9/2024 as last modified.

Is there a way of getting the last site activity from PNP?
