Archive Project Build Time

When I archive my project it stops for about 9 minutes. I have investigated and found that this happens when it builds swift-syntax. I've attached the build log time line and the relevant part of the log. Has anyone else experienced this? I am using Xcode 16.1.

This is a long-standing problem with macros and currently there is no workaround. We are waiting for Apple to come up with a way to use macros without having to build Swift Syntax from scratch.
