Using a different version of ARMGCC.txt

The ARM GCC binaries that are used in compilation in EmBitz are in

Settings -> Tools -> Toolchain executables

The default directory for the executables is

${EMBITZ}\share\em_armgcc\bin

Just change that to another directory to use another version of ARM GCC
