Following up on missing member's evidence

Current situation:
2 Fellowship members have failed to submit their retention evidence despite reminders sent to them on 20th June 2024.
They have been liable for demotion since 1st July 2024.
Their memberships status is still showing as "ACTIVE" and 1 of them is still claiming a salary from the Fellowship.

Request:
It would be good to have some suggestions on how to follow up on these situations to ensure that:

1. Manifesto guidelines are respected across the board
2. Members who remain unreachable through normal channels can find out what could/would happen to their membership

If they are not responding, we should call bump at some point. We can not do more than trying to reach them. Also, if they are not reachable, they probably don't contribute currently to the fellowship.

It is currently just "luck" that this needs to be called manually and will be changed in the future that this happens automatically.
