Abstract: The Polkadot Fellowship is a rules-based ranked-membership organisation administered and empowered through blockchain logic hosted on the Polkadot Network. In this paper, the goals of the organisation are discussed, as is the background of its creation. Its bylaws and membership rules are specified and relevant conventions described.
