As named parameters are now supported by Soma-Workflow, a Json file containing named parameters, along with the needed configuraiton settings (#36) in jobs supporting it, could be passed instead of a very long commandline with all parameters values on the commandline (which size can be limited).
It could be an alternative calling mode.
