I am getting intense UI graphical issues when hovering the mouse cursor over elements. They disappear and reappear everywhere. It makes it unusable.
The issue following issue seems to have been discussing this topic already but running neither command mentioned or setting as env var changes anything about the UI behaviour.
I was having the same issue after installing via AUR, but also when building from source. I managed to get rid of the flickering by using GDK_BACKEND=x11, something I found in an unrelated issue here.
@ArneWouters you are my king and queen, my savior! This is it, thank you.
For anyone wondering, I added the mentioned command to: ~/.local/share/applications/portfolio-performance-bin.desktop
after having copied it from: /usr/share/applications/
and then edited via nano the line Exec to include the command so it looks like: Exec=env GDK_BACKEND=x11 PortfolioPerformance

Installing via AUR or .tar yields the same result.
Did anyone have this issue on Arch? How to setup my system so this is fixed?
