Small changes to the betha version

The new changes to the dev version can be found bellow

• Parameter --out=gif changed to --out=animate
• External functions (like @pos ) are not provided for the encodings used in --viz-encoding (Documentationclingraph.clingo_utils.ClingraphContext)
