Attachments are dumped with their data attribute empty

Any idea why data is returning like so:

No, sadly I had to abandon using this library because of it. I'd really like to, though.

How can I move the downloaded map tiles from one computer to another one ?
I have tried the zip the "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data" folder and move it to other computer. It didn't help :(
