sqlcipher_flutter_libs is now EOL — update dependency

Just noticed that sqlcipher_flutter_libs was marked EOL (v0.7.0+eol, published a few days ago). powersync_sqlcipher currently pins sqlcipher_flutter_libs: ^0.6.4 — would be great to see this dependency updated.

Thanks for the report! This is something we have planned, but we don't have a firm timeline for this yet.

To provide more context, versions 3.x of the sqlite3 package use build hooks to bundle a copy of SQLite with your app. It can also be configured to bundle SQLite3MultipleCiphers for encryption instead, but this mechanism replaces sqlite3_flutter_libs and sqlcipher_flutter_libs.

There are a few packages that need to be updated for this: We'll update our sqlite_async packages first, possibly do some simplifications there enabled by adopting hooks, and then roll this into our Dart SDK.

If it helps, I maintain the SQLite packages and I can promise I'll release updates for the old versions if anything critical comes up before the PowerSync SDK has upgraded :)
