Latest alt tab behavior change resulting in mouse drift?

Yesterday, i updated my osu and noticed the alt tab behavior change. I then also noticed that with each alt tab (without moving my mouse) that it shifts my cursor down. Must note that i have raw input and compatibility mode on (i have yet to test compatibility mode turned off, but i use comp mode because it gives me more frames in my current device for some reason). My proposal is to make the alt tab behavior to be able to be changed by a toggle, as i feel like tablet players with similar setups would actually benefit from this alt tab change.
edit: turns out i have compatibility mode off which is interesting
edit 2: i have tested compatibility mode, and it doesnt have that issue. Alt tabbing however became more difficult with it.
with those new findings, i decided to not close this issue to help raise awareness and support more investigations on this matter. (but if you wish to close it i guess i wouldnt mind)
