Small lag spikes during gameplay

Since the newest update 20240123, I got lag spikes during gameplay. I am having a issue and would like some help with how to fix it.
Here is my stable gameplay:

My performance log:

I switched to Cutting Edge for the play session and noticed a decrease in the severity of the spiking issue; on stable I would experience sometimes of spiked frames and scores wouldn't submit because of it.

My computer specs:
ASUS TUF F15
Processor: Intel i5-11400H 11th
GPU: GeForce GTX 3050
RAM: 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4
OS: Windows 10 Home 10.0 Build 19045
DirectX: DirectX 12

Tried restarting PC and running osu! immediately but it didn't work well.
osu! stable, beta and lazer have the same lag spikes problem too.

I've even tried reinstall Windows but the problem is still there T-T

Any help is appreciated!

• There is no different between cutting edge and not.

It's going to be something else on your system.

I thought that's going to be something in my system too, so I reinstall Windows and my first thing to do was reinstall osu! after that but nothing changed. I've read the same problem (but caused by osu!StreamCompanion) that a player has 2 years ago:
#816 (this player also said that cutting edge decreased lag spikes)

If it's not because of my operating system, what could it be? :(

I also get these little spikes. Also on the tuf a15 but the amd version. Probably just an annoying Windows thing.
