Is Video GPU Accelerating for Intel Arc Series not Working?

I'm the user of Intel Arc Series, so I want to ask it.

• Storyboard video is laggy with Intel Arc GPUs, so I think osu! or osu-framework isn't supporting hardware decoding for Intel GPUs.

Do you mean background video or storyboard? As far as I know only the background video is "hardware-accelerated" (decoding the video on the GPU). Are you on Windows or Linux? What maps are you encountering this on? Please link them if its only specific maps.

Windows 11, and it occurs on every storyboard video. Regardless of beatmap unless it dosen't use storyboard video.

The logs contain information about what the ffmpeg decoders are doing. Rather than doing whatever this roundabout troubleshooting that I would just like to see the logs. Again, instructions are in #15188.

This is pretty clear evidence that hardware acceleration is used for video decoding so the issue is in it either being slow, or somewhere else entirely.

Please post video of the actual symptoms you're seeing, with frame graph shown (ctrl-f11 twice) and frame statistics (ctrl-f2) scrolled to the end.
