Adjust Mania PP calculation for 'Perfect/300' accuracy judgements

Given how Mania has recieved very many PP related changed recently, I think that it would be fair to adjust the current Mania PP accuracy calculations so that lower accuracy yields a big higher PP, given how 300's now give 98.25 accuracy instead of the previous 100%, The accuracy also mainly impacts Long Note maps as they are harder to get consistent accuracy on and given how much they have been nerfed recently i was thinking this could be a bit more fair.
