I have both my Windows and lazer language set to English, but my Windows regional format settings are set to Czech (my native language). This makes it so that I read all text in English, but (for example) dates are in the DD. MM. YYYY format that is more familiar to me.
When displaying beatmap info, the relative time stamps of submission and ranked times are in Czech instead of in English as I would expect. On the picture below is a screenshot of a part of today's daily challenge. You can see the text před 4 lety (instead of 4 years ago as I would expect).
When displaying player info, the Joined and Last seen times are also in Czech (should be 5 years ago and 16 minutes ago).
This is odd, because all other datetime data is not in my regional format (and mostly uses absolute datetime format in English).
By the way, the website (beatmap link) shows this:
