Add Christmas to "Intro sequence" setting

Now that the main menu is no longer Christmas, would it be possible to have the Christmas main menu as an option within the "Intro sequence" setting?

I think we'll keep this as a limited event thing just to keep it being special. Expect the lighting effects to return during other events too though.
