Collections and mods interaction in lazer

1. Add an option to automatically apply a mod combination upon selecting a collection, like putting HR mod on when selecting "HR FC" collection
2. Add an option to suggest a certain mod when starting maps that are added to specific collections, for example, if I add a map to "SVs present" collection, I want the game to suggest me turning Constant Speed mod on every time I try to play it when this collection isn't selected (obviously there should be a "Don't show this screen for this map for the current session" button). Also automatically remove the mod when switching to a different map not in the collection.
