Add project to PyHC projects page?

The Python in Heliophysics Community (PyHC) maintains a list of projects in the heliopythoniverse. Adding mapflpy to the list would give the package greater visibility.

There are also some additional benefits. Adding it as a PyHC project would get it included in the pyhc-docker-environment, which has continuous integration checks to make sure that there aren't any dependency conflicts with other PyHC packages.
