Search and Explore return 404 not found #143

The site appears to be non-functional at the moment. https://apps.gov/site/18f/apps-gov/products/ returns a 404 which is the URL behind the "Explore" call-to-action button and Search. The link to "List your product" also returns a 404 error: https://apps.gov/site/18f/apps-gov/listing/.
