with htmx 2 alpha we get proper ESM exports

Thanks, I'll be observing HTMX 2. Will be glad to get rid of this vendoring hack.

The main reason this package exists, beyond having ESM exports, is the ability to load HTMX extensions, see https://primatejs.com/blog/release-026#htmx-extensions
