Suggestion: "Failed" IED Explosion Type #87

Basic idea: IED that does not fully detonate but instead, gives the players a chance to "run away in panic" before damage occours.

I made something like this for a gamemode called hearts and minds.

Its basically a loud hissing sound and a bright lightsource/flame effect.
After a short delay, it starts to throw handgrenades around it (random directions) to simulate some wired kind of cook-off and cause mayham in its own way.
