Hi! I am trying to run a druggability simulation using DruGUI in VMD. Apart from Isopropanol, Isobutane, Acetamide, Acetate and Isopropylamine probes, I would also like to use Imidazole probes for the simulation. Is there a way to incorporate the option for selecting % Imidazole probe compostion in DruGUI? Please help.
