How do I make a blockset always active?

I want to make the blockset always active. I clicked "All day" and checked every day for my blockset but it seems to only work when I go on lockdown. I just reinstalled my computer and remembered I could make a blockset always active in an older version. I assume I should still be able to do this? Otherwise it makes no sense to have the time as a blockset setting and another input that asks for the time to block when I go on lock down.

I don't know if there's a option I need to check or something. It's not working for me by default but the blocks do work if I go on lockdown. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug?

I assume you are using Firefox, but on which OS?
