New Lesson archive pages

After discussion, we've decided to implement some new ways for accessing the lessons:

/lessons

The lessons browse page will feature two sets of categories:

1. "Entryways" - based on Adam's mockup, would group lessons into three broad categories:
   • Learn to use a Tool
   • Learn a Skill or Solve an Issue
   • Learn a Language
2. Recent Lessons - Get a list of the most recent lessons.

/archive/lesson_entryways/[entryway]

Once someone clicks on an entry way category, they'll be presented with a list of lessons, grouped by topic. (This will be the lesson_entryway taxonomy archive page.)

/archive/lesson_topics/[topic-name]

If someone clicks on a topic, they'll be taken to to the topic archive page, where they'll be presented with a list of all lessons in that topic, grouped by lesson_entryway.

For all the post listings, the following information should be included or maintained:

• Post hierarchy.
• Post title
• Post authors
