Implement gnome-help

For a more cohesive and accessibility first setup we probably should add gnome-help to the base image.
I know some people think this is bloat and so on BUT for newbie users could be useful to have a little documentation to rely on.
Also adding it should prevent this annoying issue when clicking F1 or help in some GNOME core apps.
