In our project multiple HTTPProxy yaml defined, we have to define ipAllowPolicy in each HTTPproxy yaml, if possible to provide a central way to define ipAllowPolicy? like in istio can support CRD resource "AuthroizationPolicy"

The Contour project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all Issues.
